From our pharmacists to our delivery personnel, we foster a team-oriented culture that values compassion, professionalism and integrity. We instill in our team a rigid focus on the delivery of timely and compassionate patient care. Typically our service area is within 150 miles of our pharmacies. We maintain local, 24-hour, seven-day per week, on-call pharmacist support for emergency dispensing and for consultation with the facility’s staff or attending physician. Choosing someone to care for a family member is an important issue. It is equally important to find a pharmacy provider offering geriatric consulting pharmacists to meet a resident’s needs and to assist families with their questions and concerns. Our pharmacy services are geared toward providing medications for residents in a way that meets the needs of the patient and at the same time does not create a financial burden. Our pharmacies provide state of the art pharmaceutical care designed exclusive for your facility. Prior to initiating service, we will perform a comprehensive evaluation to determine your specific needs. We then develop a compendium of services to match your facility requirements. The transition period for our pharmacy to begin service to your residents becomes effortless because your staff and ours will have already worked together and developed an understanding of each other's needs and abilities. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any part of or all our services, our friendly staff is always ready to discuss and improve on any matter of concern.
