At BGS we recognize the need of the growing demand for consultancy services with the ever changing federal, state and professional regulators requirements for long-term care, hospice, assisted living, correctional and acute and sub-acute surgery providers.

Through an affiliation company, BGS sub-contracts licensed pharmacists and R.N.s to provide consulting services to over 200 nursing home facilities representing over 20,000 patients. To remain eligible for state (Medicaid) and federal (Medicare) reimbursement programs providers have to remain compliant with changing regulations and other mandates. One such mandate is nursing homes are required to have a patient by patient clinical review of medications on a monthly basis. Our Pharmacy Consulting professionals can step in and assume these clinical review obligations ensuring you meet all guidelines and comply by a state by state basis. BGS currently services clients in Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Massachusetts and Texas.
