Brad Lanham
President and Chief Executive Officer
Brad’s appointment as CEO represents the
pinnacle step towards consolidating and
advancing our interests in the long term
care and hospice pharmacy markets. With the
recent and largest acquisition of Spectrum
Pharmacy Services in Nevada, we now have
achieved five transactions that will serve
as the platform for solid growth in all five
markets as well as contiguous geographic
opportunities. We are thrilled that Brad
shares our vision and as CEO, he will lead
an executive team with tremendous experience
in this space.
A graduate of the University of Texas,
Austin with a degree in Pharmacy, Lanham
spent 18 years at PharMerica, the last 5
years as Senior Vice President of
Operations, with direct responsibility for
geographic regions totaling $600 million in
revenues. Most recently, Lanham served at
Bristol Myers Squibb, leading the drug
maker’s strategy to expand its presence in
the Long Term Care market.
Steve W. Carlton, R.Ph.
Executive Vice
President
Steve founded Spectrum Pharmacy
Services in June 2004 and upon the sale of
Spectrum to BGS in September 2010, he became
executive vice president for BGS with
responsibility for all operations in the
mountain west region. Steve has more than 30
years of management experience in all facets of
the provision of pharmacy, ancillary, and home
health services within the long-term care
industry. Prior to founding Spectrum Pharmacy,
Steve was the Founder, owner, and President of
Resource Pharmacy, LLC. Before starting Resource
Healthcare, Steve held a variety of Senior
Management pharmacy positions with two
publicly-held nursing home companies (Hillhaven
and Regency Health) for more than 20 years.
Steve is a graduate of Idaho State University
and is a licensed pharmacist in the state of
Nevada.
Kristine B. Martin
Executive Director of
Pharmacy Operations
Ms. Martin began her career
in long term care pharmacy with Rainbow
Medical in 1995. Rainbow Medical was
acquired by Resource Pharmacy Services where
Ms. Martin held a variety of positions and
ultimately became the Business Manager with
responsibility for all facets of the
Accounting department. In 2004, Resource
Pharmacy was purchased by Omnicare and Ms.
Martin was promoted to Executive Director
with operational responsibility for the
entire organization. In 2007,
Ms. Martin became the
Executive Director of Compassion Care
Hospice, overseeing operations, marketing
and the financial oversight of the Hospice.
Ms. Martin joined Spectrum Pharmacy Services
in May of 2008 and is now serving as the
Executive Director of Pharmacy Operations.

Pat Winegardner
Controller
A native of Dallas Texas, Ms.
Winegardner joined BGS Pharmacy Partners in
April of 2010. She is an experienced
professional directing all of the company's
accounting and finance functions, including
financial reporting, tax, and audit.
Prior to joining BGS, Ms. Winegardner held the
Vice President Finance position at Ivpcare,
Inc., a Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy. Ivpcare
experienced phenomenal growth during her twelve
years tenure in which Ms. Winegardner made
significant contributions to Ivpcare's financial
reporting, planning and strategy. During her
tenure at Ivpcare, she helped to successfully
manage the company, build its national presence
through organic growth and acquisitions, and
played a key role in multiple changes of
ownership leading to the Walgreens purchase of
Ivpcare.
Ms. Winegardner earned a Bachelor of Science
degree, majoring in accounting, from the
University of Texas at Dallas and is a CPA.
Drawing on her many years of accounting and
finance experience she has built her career
dedicated to providing quality financial
information to senior executives. "It's all
about what you do for your company". Her
priority given to honesty, ethics, and loyalty
consistently inspires other people's respect and
trust.
Kristin Petersen
Director of Sales
Kristin joined BGS in January 2010 as Director of Sales for the mountain west region with responsibility for all client relationship across all classes of service. Kristin brings a rich network of extended care relationships from her eleven year tenure with the Novartis Nutrition unit of Novartis Consumer Health. Kristin received every level of achievement awarded by Novartis. More recently, Kristin’s business development skills were honed as VP of client partnerships for Kronos Talent Management. After graduation from the University of Indiana at Bloomington, Kristin’s introduction to the healthcare marketplace was as an account manager with Medline Industries.
Brandy T. Porche
Director of Human Resources
Ms. Porche joined BGS Pharmacy Partners in
July of 2010. She brings over 10 years of
experience in HR Management, a Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resource Management,
multi-site management and international
experience to the team. She has years of
experience in building HR departments,
change management, policy and procedure
development, employee relations,
recruiting/candidate selection, strategic
planning, conflict resolution, HRIS/Payroll
implementation, benefits management, talent
management, performance management, training
and development and much more. Her prior
employers include Bank of America, Suzlon
Wind Energy Corporation, and Herff Jones,
Inc.
As the leader of the Human Resources
department for all five locations, she is
responsible for managing recruiting,
employee relations, benefits, compensation
planning, and training that leads to the
development of a superior workforce,
development of the Human Resources
department, and development of an
employee-oriented company culture that
emphasizes quality, continuous improvement,
and high performance.
